About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
    • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement effective systems and procedures to manage our restaurant's operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
    • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within our budget and making a profit.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to make improvements to our service and products.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate our team members, encouraging them to work together to achieve our goals.
    • Address any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team, ensuring that we maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • Or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant.
  • Tasks
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
    • Hire food service staff.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports.
    • Establish work schedules.
  • Supervision
