About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Train and develop our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage our inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
    • Or equivalent experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting.
