About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
    • Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality and safety guidelines.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that our customers receive a positive experience, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
    • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Supervisor at KFC Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
