Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Reet Riwaz Fabrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff, including supervising and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
