Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Boulevard Homes Real Estate Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the real estate team.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports, statistics, and other information.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payments and maintaining employee records.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other relevant software.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Real estate office.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
