We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

  • Restaurant setting
