Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
