Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a reliable and organized Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at BEST - For A Cleaner World. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our sites and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Co-ordinate Work Activities: Co-ordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
