Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and activities are coordinated and aligned with business needs.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Criminal Record Check: A valid criminal record check is required for this position.
- Driver's Validity Licence Check: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
- Work Environment: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
