We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their full potential.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires you to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
