Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and products to drive sales and growth.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that we are operating within our financial targets and making adjustments as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending.
