Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at TIM HORTONS, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
