About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at A & A AHMAD PROPERTIES INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness.
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Provide training and guidance to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver outstanding food and service.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
    • Order and receive supplies in a timely and organized manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
