About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Produits American Biltrite Ltée. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and maintain our website, social media, and other online platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure ROI is met
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing services
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, trade shows, and other marketing events
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content is published across all channels
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform marketing decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and promotion
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
  • Fluency in English and French
