DIVISION OF CARDIOLOGY

The Division of Cardiology at SickKids is seeking a full-time permanent faculty position for a staff paediatric cardiologist with a sub-specialty interest in Electrophysiology.

The successful candidate will work in the Labatt Family Heart Centre - Cardiology Division, an academic health science centre dedicated to the care of children affiliated with the University of Toronto.

The Labatt Family Heart Centre brings together significant interdisciplinary activities within Paediatric Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Cardiac Critical Care, Cardiovascular Research, and Adult Congenital Heart Disease Programs.

The successful candidate must have completed subspecialty training in paediatric electrophysiology and will report to the Division Head, Cardiology, Labatt Family Heart Centre.

The successful candidate will be eligible for an academic appointment at the University of Toronto and will be offered a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, group insurance, pension plan, vision care, and relocation assistance.

All candidates must be able to function proficiently in English, hold an MD, MBBS, or equivalent qualification, and be certified or eligible for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or have comparable qualifications.

Candidates must also hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
