Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Tundra Solutions Techniques - Québec. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Communication Management: Answer incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of the calls, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional image, and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Mail and Package Management: Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room booking.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Adhere to security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges, and maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
