Receptionist Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Go Orthodontistes. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors to our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, greet patients, and handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French: Must be fluently bilingual and able to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Medical or Dental Experience: Must have some experience in a medical or dental environment, although other candidates with similar skills may be considered.
- Availability: Must be available to work a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
