Job Summary
TOTEM Recruteur de talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors, while also managing the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail and packages.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
