We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Pointe Au Baril Station Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that we have adequate stock levels to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
