Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ye's Wok Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and experience in coordinating office services.

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a restaurant or similar industry;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
