Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at CONNORS TRANSFER LIMITED. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Resolving Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Transportation: Ensure reliable transportation to and from work, as well as to client locations when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
