We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Conners Transfer Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and assistance to clients as needed
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Receive and log customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
