Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Husky Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise with customer returns.
- Sell merchandise and maintain a high level of sales performance.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that we are meeting customer demand.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
