Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 2649476 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Security and Safety
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
