Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Requirements
