Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Evaluation Services Professional to join our team at Adecco Canada. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to assess and improve the evaluation function within the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying areas for growth and development, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

As a Senior Evaluation Services Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting initial meetings with stakeholders to discuss project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Gathering and reviewing relevant documentation, including evaluation plans, methodologies, and reports.
  • Interviewing senior management and employees to assess the evaluation function.
  • Briefing stakeholders on progress, observations, and findings every two weeks.
  • Preparing and presenting draft and final reports to stakeholders.
  • Delivering presentations to senior management and the Performance Measurement and Evaluation Committee (PMEC).


About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Additionally, you must have a minimum of one evaluation-related neutral assessment within the last 10 years. Your experience should include conducting interviews and focus groups with employees and senior management, as well as presenting results to senior management. Fluency in English and French is also essential. A valid active Secret Clearance is required for this position.

Adecco Canada offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
