About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team at SIN Structures Inc. as a key member of our industrial fabrication department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate metal components
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Perform minor repairs on welding equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Determine the weldability of various materials and develop strategies to overcome challenges
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding or a related field
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
