Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabricator, Metal Specialist to join our team at Advanced Modular Technology Systems Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, with experience in working with various metal types and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate fabrication of metal components.
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form complex metal structures.
  • Weld or bolt sections together using various techniques and equipment.
  • Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines to fabricate metal components.
  • Construct patterns and templates to ensure accurate fabrication of metal components.
  • Install fabricated components in final products.
  • Rig, hoist and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite.
Requirements
  • Metal Fabricator Trade Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Metal Fabricator (Fitter) Red Seal Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course or equivalent experience.
  • Forklift Operator Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent welding skills in MIG, TIG, Flux core arc welding (FCAW), and Gas metal arc welding (GMAW).
  • Experience with heavy-duty metal-working machines and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
