Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabricator, Metal Specialist to join our team at Advanced Modular Technology Systems Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, with experience in working with various metal types and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate fabrication of metal components.
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form complex metal structures.
  • Weld or bolt sections together using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and flux core arc welding.
  • Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines to fabricate metal components.
  • Construct patterns and templates to ensure accurate fabrication of metal components.
  • Install fabricated components in final products, ensuring precise fit and finish.
  • Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in metal fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of metal types, equipment, and fabrication techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and management.
