About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Global Relay. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in building and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our customers.

As a member of our agile team, you will work closely with data scientists and developers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models. You will be responsible for executing all steps in the data science process, from understanding business requirements to deploying models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning models to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our products
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Contribute to the development of our data science capabilities and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Mentor junior and intermediate data scientists to help them grow in their careers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science
  • BSc in a STEM or Linguistics subject or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with large datasets in an enterprise-wide application environment
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Bash
  • Experience with common machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, Sklearn, TensorFlow, and others
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
