Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team of experts in building artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our customers. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with our data engineering team to develop and deploy machine learning models that classify and understand communication content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop machine learning models to classify and understand communication content
  • Work closely with our data engineering team to deploy and maintain machine learning models
  • Collaborate with our product management team to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Contribute to the development of our data science process and best practices
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to knowledge sharing activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science
  • BSc in a STEM or Linguistics subject or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with large datasets and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, Sklearn, and TensorFlow
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

What We Offer

Global Relay offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$130,000 CAD, a corporate bonus, extended health benefits, and RRSP matching. We also offer a hybrid work model that blends collaboration with the team in the office and focus time from the comfort of your home.
