Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant - Support Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mayflower Health Care Services Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Perform data entry, maintain digital databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
