Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Global Infotech Services.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of computer systems and software
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including networking and security
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
