Landscaping Manager

Mirage Landscaping Incorporated is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
- Oversee landscape construction work, including installation of hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other features.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying hands-on and involved in all aspects of the job.
- 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
