About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Midmarket Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue in assigned territory through effective territory strategy, coverage, planning, forecasting, and quota achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quota and drive revenue growth in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and progress throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of software or high-tech sales experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Familiarity with the Midmarket area is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
