About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Scotiabank as a key leader in our Digital Process Automation team. As a Director, Digital Process Automation, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our process automation strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.

  • Accountability: Ensure CoE team integrity, product excellence, decision making, roadmaps, career development, client communications, and project outcomes.
  • Lead a Global Team: Inspire, build, lead, retain, develop, and grow a world-class, global technology CoE team.
  • Optimize Reuse: Look for opportunities to optimize reuse, enterprise software architecture, and delivery tools/methods to increase productivity and reduce time to market.
  • Continuous Learning: Foster a values-driven work culture, showing up with a continuous learning mindset.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams.
  • Exceptional thought leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of process automation tools, primarily Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce, with knowledge of competitive offerings.
  • Extensive experience with delivery strategy, governance, and management.
  • Exceptional communicator with a strong ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders, employees, partners.
