Job Title: Media Lounge Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Media Lounge Attendant at MLSE. As a key member of our Catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to fans and media personnel during Leafs and Raptors games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive on time and in full uniform as per the schedule.
  • Prepare the Media Lounge for food and beverage service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Organize and stock product deliveries for event days, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting guests, receiving payment, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Rotate food and beverages to maintain temperature and freshness, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Ensure accurate and timely deliveries throughout the event, communicating with the Catering Supervisor as needed.
  • Complete order requisitions following each event, maintaining accurate records.
  • Act as an ambassador to all Lounge guests, including media and MLSE management, promoting a positive and professional image.
  • Communicate special requests and menu inquiries to the Catering Supervisor, ensuring seamless service.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as required, adhering to MLSE service standards and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Excellent customer service and food quality satisfaction skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Smart Serve certification, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
