Position Overview

Join Lift Entertainment Inc. as a dedicated Lounge Service Attendant where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience in a vibrant lounge environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

The position is set in a lively atmosphere, typical of a lounge or nightclub, where noise levels can be elevated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints effectively.
  • Present bills to patrons and process payments through various methods including cash and credit.
  • Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and sales records.
  • Clean and set tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Welcome guests, provide menus, and answer questions regarding food and drink options.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Certifications

Completion of the Smart Serve program is required.

Physical Requirements
  • This role is physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Employment Details
