About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SUNLIFE ELECTRICAL LTD. As a key member of our residential electrical division, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our electricians and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our electricians to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Train and develop our electricians to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be working outdoors and in confined spaces. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and a hard hat.
