Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SUNLIFE ELECTRICAL LTD. As a key member of our residential electrical division, you will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior electricians to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors and in confined spaces, and will be expected to wear steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and a hard hat.
