Job Summary

SUNLIFE ELECTRICAL LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Electrician Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Electrical Projects
    • Oversee the work of electrical technicians and apprentices to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their electrical needs and preferences.
  • Manage Electrical Systems and Equipment
    • Inspect and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
    • Identify and report any electrical hazards or defects.
  • Train and Develop Electrical Staff
    • Provide training and guidance to electrical technicians and apprentices to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ensure Compliance with Electrical Codes and Regulations
    • Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.

Requirements
