We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Dinesh Financial Services Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with the coordination of office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Office Management
    • Establish and maintain office procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operation.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including transportation and travel arrangements.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train office support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Education and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
