Coast Capital Savings Branch Manager Role

We're seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in our local community. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance member experience, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Branch employees to deliver exceptional member service and achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve member engagement, and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including General Insurance, Investments, and Commercial departments, to achieve business and member experience strategies.
- Oversee core branch operations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, safety, and adherence to policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, local community leaders, and business partners to promote Coast Capital Savings' brand and services.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a financial institution, with a proven track record of achieving business strategies.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, security compliance, deposit, and lending processes.
- Ability to hold a Mutual Funds license.
- Knowledge of the local market and business development opportunities.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
