About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advice Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our members, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to members on their financial needs and goals
  • Assist members with opening and managing their accounts, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Help members to understand and navigate our products and services, including investments and insurance
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that members receive a seamless and personalized experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to members
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments and insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is a requirement
