Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

  • Oversee core branch operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to policy and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a financial institution
  • Proven track record of achieving business strategies and driving sales growth
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, security compliance, deposit, and lending processes
  • Ability to hold a Mutual Funds license
  • Knowledge of the local market and business development opportunities
