Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Exemplify our brand values and lead the team in delivering exceptional member service.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with members, the local community, and other stakeholders to establish Coast Capital Savings as a trusted and respected financial institution.
- Coach and Develop: Provide coaching and guidance to team members to develop their sales skills, build effective relationships, and achieve business objectives.
- Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with other departments to achieve business and member experience strategies, and drive sales, growth, and profitability across each area of our business.
- Manage Branch Operations: Oversee core branch operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, safety, and adherence to policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar position with proven success in achieving business strategies in a financial institution.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related area.
- Skills: Strong understanding of risk management and security compliance, deposit and lending processes, proven coaching skills, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, and outstanding presentation skills.
- Licenses: Possession of a Mutual Funds license and knowledge of the local market for business development.
