Administrative Supervisor

Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budgetary controls
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail
