At Easywell Consumer Products, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Leadership Executive to lead our commercial operations. This is a highly demanding role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned executive who can allocate resources effectively, authorize key decisions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
