Job Title: HRIS Project Manager

Magellan Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based HR system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, project management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Lead process changes associated with HRIS systems, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and functionality.
  • Define requirements, implement, and manage core HR systems, including user-acceptance testing and data analysis.
  • Partner with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements, and develop training programs to ensure end-user understanding of HRIS systems.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with SAP, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting modules, or cloud-based HR systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience leading teams through projects and process changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and analyze data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts.
