Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at White Spot Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff members to assess their strengths and weaknesses and provide guidance on areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to demonstrate leadership and set a good example.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

Experience:
  • We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment like a restaurant.
